Colored Blocks

I have been in some servers that have blocks with colors that arent in the texture map. How do I do this myself? I think it has something to do with fog colors and a symbol in a name (eg $, #)

Wait nevermind, I found out how to do it. Basically to do it you need to set the fogcolor of the block to the color you want to set it to. Then you put a # in the name.
