it isnt inpossible, just annoying, you could pretty much unlock the tablet's bootloader(if possible) install linux and run there

Creating a ClassiCube server isn't a case of clicking one button and its up- You will need to install server software and port forward your router (explained in detail here)

Unless you have a special use case I recommend using a third party hosting provider (eg. Lemehost) since doing the above steps is quite annoying to do on a tablet.
