How come my skin doesn't show

My skin has been changed to

But classic shows me as the default skin? how do I change it?

I have another character I can log on with and that one shows the changed skin?

I have had problems with this before, I would change my skin but ingame would show my previous skin, try clearing your browsers cache, it worked for me when I ran into this problem.

  3. Adjust your preference.
