Is there a way to disable singleplayer TNT explosions?

Is there a way to disable the TNT explosions that happens if you place a TNT block in singleplayer, without disabling lava and water flowing?

You can do custom block with TNT textures that will not explode:

/blockedit 66 sides 9

/blockedit 66 top 10

/blockedit 66 bottom 11

66 is smallest block ID that isn't used by Classicube by defualt. Replace IT with another ID when 66 is already used.

9, 10 and 11 are TNT textures in defualt Classicube terrain.png file.

You can disable TNT explosions in singleplayer without disabling all block physics. But doing so will sacrifice other features with it.

In the launcher options, you can choose the "Classic" mode. This will emulate Minecraft classic's features which doesn't have TNT explosions.

he/they/zhey, it/its (situational)

You want more active players in the game. Yet look around you. Is this the kind of sight that pulls new players? Is this what you want new players to see when they first join? A disaster? A place where everything they build gets destroyed?
