ok i need help i want to be able to code but i cant download crap cuz im fucking on a chromebook and i dont have money to buy a pc also who wants 10,000 ball pit balls dont ask why i have them just dont

You could use an online code editor, and it works fine if you're just starting to code. Some web-IDEs/online code editors I recommend is CodeSandbox (if you want easy access to web development) and Replit (if you want to program in common languages such as Python, C++, etc) 

Way to access them is just searching them in your web browser.
