If I go to another site running mcgalaxy 1.9.5.3 my skin shows up as the altered one so it is always classic that is causing the problem. I have asked the owner if he has any ideas and all I get in reply is 'uhh idk how it works with classicube' might you know what he needs to do to correct this or should I start a new thread and ask if anyone knows?

Hmm, interesting, as far as I am aware I don't have a minecraft account, I never paid for one. Back when minecraft was free I opened an account as matelo2 and used it on quite a few worlds (I understand I am still legend on AU70) the main site I was moderator on got a ransom virus and had to shut down, maiome24/7, When classicube came out I transferred to that and xdeath who owns always_classic as well as 2 alpha worlds added classicube when I asked him and I just continued moderating on that world. To allow me to try various ideas out I added a new character, animal, I don't remember how I changed his skin, it was a long time ago. Do you think the skin in the game is coming from minecraft.com as it is different to the one you showed me on the nameemc site and my classicube profile? I cant find the skin site on minecraft.net and I can't find where I originally produced animals skin. The skin on nameewmc and on classicube is the same but it is different in the game so I assume it is not coming from either of them. I am assuming if I can find where animals skin is produced I could make one for matelo2 there?

thanks for that. I notice the skin for animal is the correct one in the classicube skins page but not in the game and the matelo2 skin doesn't show up on the nameemc.com site?

Hi classic dirt, sorry for the delay. This is my matelo2 skin in the classicube 'your skin' box. this is matelo2 in classic (it is dark because the only way I can get a snip is by using / and this brings up the comment box) I was wrong about animal, this is the skin in the classicube page and this is the skin for animal in the classic game the game I connect to is always classic can you see my problem and, hopefully, a solution?

I have two characters, matelo2 and animal, they both have custom skins, If I click on the name in the top right of the classicube page and go to either account it shows the changed skin. If I either enter classic with matelo2 in the classicube download and animal in the game section of this site or the other way round I can see animals new skin but matelo2 only shows the basic 'steve' skin in both cases. Anybody know what is wrong to cause this?

I would like to use fences in classic. I need to use a different texture pack or use one of the textures I can see if I press f10. If I do /help textures it says type /texture global/level. I assume that means find a texture on the net and add the url at this point. Do you know of any url's that I can use? Alternatively if I press f10 I can see fences, can I use these in my classic world? if so how?

Hi Goodly, I don't quite understand? is the MCGalaxy.exe file on the owners computer? I don't have access to that. Alternately I added another few lines to my first thread. Can you suggest a site to put the picture file on? I have tried drop box and shutterfly who both produce a link that the classicube program doesn't like.

I would like to add an image to the world. If I do 'help images' I get info telling me to either use a url or put the image in /extra/images Is this my c:extra/images on my computer? I added a file to this then put imageprint 26.bmp color on the bottom line of my world only to be answered with downloading file from: http://26.bmp failed to download (nameResolutionFailure) from http://>26.bmp The url may need to end with its extension (such as .jpg). Can I use files from my own computer at c:extra/images? If so, how? If not, can you suggest where to put it (clean please). I have tried drop box and shutterfly who both add a link that the world fails to recognise saying it needs to have a .jpg suffix

that doesn't seem to make any difference. If I go to the 'make skin' option on here it shows my selected skin see below. It also shows it as my avatar on the left. If I try to download the skin, an option further down the page, it looks to load a corrupt file. If I do /skin +own it gives me a weird skin that I am not very fond of. If I go to skinswatch there is nothing like it. How do I get it to show up on the server.

I am admin on always classic and have been for a while. I have a personal skin that shows up as my skin if I go to skins on here but when I join the server it is the default skin. I have another character I can use on the always classic server and that shows up as its altered skin. Any idea why this is?
