so i have been banned because i broken someone flag and now i can't build now how do i get unbanned

Currently I have been banned and I have got no further feedback on how to appeal as it takes a while and I can't seem to get in touch on discord for now my resort was going to forums and reporting this issue as I would like to speak with the mods to see if I can possibly get unbanned
