Help! my screen is gliched out!

so, my screen is bugged out. everytime i play the screen starts vibrating, and its difficult to read the chat what do i do? i tried restarting and reloading the web page but nothing works!

If U On Chrome Os Go to Ur settings go to site settings then clear all the data that u used on Classicube and reload the screen if that dont work u might need another Chromebook i have a Lenovo laptop and it never do that but it probably somthing wrong with ur web browser or Ur computer cause my computer never does that if that dont work ask ur mom if u on a chrombook go to the school get u a new Chromebook or go buy u a Lenovo laptop like me or u might need to download Firefox or safari Thats all i can do Rn i need more Details of what it look like
