How do I join staff? I am really wondering, How do I join staff?!?!?

um this is not a place to ask how to get staff i think all of the server's has a diffrent way for staff but if u asking how could i by being nice be respect be trustwrothy or u might just have to go to a server and ask thank u and have a great day/night
