PWA/Offline HTML file version

Add a download button to the web client that downloads itself as a fully self-contained HTML file that, when opened, starts the game.

Or make the web client a PWA so people with Chromebooks can download it and have it display in their app menu.

    That button with "download offline HTML" looks super funny in my opinion. I would definitely prefer a link to a button to match the fact of the act being slightly more technical than usual.
