My guess is that he used the pig texture from vanilla Minecraft rather than also modifying the position of the snout.

Changes/Fixes

1. A bug was fixed where the pig's textures were reversed on the nose.

2. Change the textures of the grass on the sides and the saturation of the leaves to make it look like Minecraft 1.21.10
