how do i import a map online (by a url) ?

i want to import a map by a url because i can't access my server hosting computer to put the map manually

i did this before but then i forgot where i got the link to upload the map

You can upload your level file to a file hosting service (like Dropbox, Catbox, or Put.nu), then copy the download link. In-game on your server, use:

/import <url>
