I get this error whenever i start cc

happens on singleplayer as well as servers

I get the exact same error.

 

For more information, if I redownload the game, it works, but every subsequent launch will give me the same unhandled access violation error until I redownload the game again. Happy to send my errorlog if someone tells me where.
