New way to dowload on Nintendo Switch?

I maybe found new way to dowload Classicube on Nintendo Switch using flashcards such as SwitchIt and R4Switch, but I don't know if your Switch need to be modden and I don't know if you can use IT for homebrew such as Switch port of Classicube, beacuse on their videos* they only play offical games.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
