Help With Blocks On A Server

Hello I Have A Server (you maybe saw it) i was wondering How To Make Blocks Bouncy like on other server i was playing there was bouncy block like you step on it and you jump automatically (and jump high) so how to make bouncy block?

It's probably a plugin that checks whether you stand on that specific block or a message block that is placed above it. Then it just sends the `/boost`(?) command or the velocity packet. Check CPE specs on wiki.vg. There might be a better way to do this now.
