Survival Test mode

I want a classiccube mode where it is played like in survival test
ideas:
- multiplayer
- 10 hearts
- mobs
- cows and chickens
- hell mode
- 10 TNT at start
- arrows with TAB

    Well, there is this, I forked it from Venk's Survival Test, it uses ClassicalSharp though, the older form of ClassiCube.
