I'm making a plugin but I don't know how to do a few things

I'm making a MCGalaxy plugin, I need to do a few things and I need to know what scripts to write.

• Set a player's rank (And how to do it silently)
• See what rank a player is
• Reload the level for one player
• See what player used the command
