Help needed expanding usable blocks list, mcgalaxy server

I'm messing around with, and learning Mcgalaxy. I've been able to figure out most things except how to expand the global usable blocks list. All I have is the default ones, I've caught hints about maybe needing to save a file as a "plugin", But if so where can these files be found? I've seen the list of blocks in the console settings, I'd love to enable many of those. really new to how it works, and definitely could be skimming right over sources of online info about mcgalaxy. Search engines are not understanding of my questions, so all I get is a jumbled up useless mess of info... any help is appreciated.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
