Is ClassiCube compatible with Windows NT 4.0?

I know the earliest compatible with it is 98,but is NT 4.0 compatible?

 

And in VMs,will it work too?

I have no clue but my guess is no. Try it out! Use VirtualBox for the best experience.

I did test at one point and it worked, but it´s 1fps for some reason.
