Updating a plugin for compatibility with NAS

Question

In this post, an obscure MCGalaxy plugin called mobs.cs is mentioned. The plugin works in the latest version of MCGalaxy, albeit with a very minor tweak. (changing Plugin_Simple to Plugin)

The attached file is a mildly tweaked, working copy for the latest version of MCGalaxy.

 

So here's what I'm thinking: If we could allow mobs to spawn in any world when said world is loaded, and make the variable for NAS health and this plugin's health to be the same, would the plugin be fully compatible with NAS? If it would, how?

I know it's not as simple to do as it is to say, but I'd love to get this working, and expand this method to work with other plugins, like VenksSurvival. So any help given is good help.
