    The fix is to set your date and time correctly(I think it just has to be the same time as whatever region you are in, but maybe it just has to e the same day), also pretendo could be causing issues, so make sure pretendo is set to nintendo account(doesn't have to be logged in)

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
