For me? personally it would be Castle Crashers, Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition and a World of Keflings.

I play Minecraft classic+ mod by method, it is fun, you can turn from survival to creative in 0.30 and play multiplayer servers

Classic+ is a mod, not a demo?

It is a modded version of 0.30, you can craft items, switch to survival and creative and there is a bio nuke block and explosive arrows
